A Systematic Review of the Current Status of Research on the Quality of Life and Well-Being of Institutionalized Older Adults in Spain

The review question being considered in this article aims to study the research on quality of life and well-being older adults residing nursing homes Spain, elements that address or its measurement important aspects. following databases were used: Scopus, Web Science, ProQuest, Wiley online library, PubMed, EBSCOhost, ERIC, Emerald, Dialnet plus. This was reported according PRISMA guidelines. "Thematic Synthesis Analysis" used analyze studies. Of initial 1231 studies, a total 18 which met eligibility inclusion critical appraisal criteria, analyzed. We note lack unicity as well need generate single scale defining basic characteristics essential factors identify life. Further an integrated model personalized life, adapted residents, is required.
